Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you've received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (This will be an order number sent within your confirmation email).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (or another of equal value), send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
The team will do their best to respond within 24 hours.
Delivery times will be within 7-21 days. If you are looking to exchange your product please email us at email@example.com more information on how to do so will be provided there.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
